Lisa is the clerk for the Trust Board, and also manages and coordinates the governance functions across all Trust schools. 

Lisa joined Hamsey Green Primary School in 2014 as Office Manager when the school was split across two sites.  After the birth of her first child, she returned to work part-time as clerk to the school's Local Governing Committee. The school has undergone many changes over the last few years including leadership structure, moving to one site and becoming part of a Multi Academy Trust. Lisa worked closely with the governors providing procedural and legislative advice during these transitions.

Lisa joined the Shared Services team as Trust Governance Lead in 2023, clerking for the Trust Board, as well as managing and coordinating the governance functions across all Trust schools.
