Stacey manages the recruitment and on-boarding for our schools and supports our staff with their HR related queries.

Stacey joined the Trust in 2022 as Recruitment & HR Officer and, since then, has been pivotal in co-creating a recruitment process that supports the needs of our schools while maintaining an outstanding candidate experience; something that she is passionate about.

She works closely with the hiring community and finance to ensure a joined-up approach and gets great satisfaction from delivering great support to all stakeholders in the process.

Outside work, she’s kept busy by her young family, and when she does find time for herself, she enjoys singing in a local choir—an activity that helps her relax whilst connecting with her community through the joy of music.
