Catherine leads the Shared Services Finance Team and works closely with the headteachers and other senior leaders. She manages all aspects of Finance, including operations, accounting, management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Catherine joined Tandridge Learning Trust in August 2024 as MAT Finance Manager to lead a newly formed team, who share her aspirations to provide a high-quality Finance function to the Trust.  In addition to the day-to-day management of the team, she also supports the Executive Board and Trust Board in developing, implementing, and delivering effective financial strategies for the Trust.

Catherine has a BSc (Hons) in Management Studies from Royal Holloway, University of London and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW).  She has over 20 years’ experience working in accountancy and finance across private practice and commercial industry.  Since 2019, Catherine has worked in the Education sector, both at school and Trust level, and brings with her valuable experience in schools finance and operations.
