Sherralyn provides specialist HR support to our Senior Leaders and staff on all aspects of HR and oversees operational HR provision for the Trust.

With a strong background in School Business Management and Human Resources, Sherralyn holds a diploma in School Business Management and a Level 7 qualification in Human Resources.

She has a passion for optimising school operations and fostering positive workplace environments, and brings a blend of organisational expertise and interpersonal skills to the role. She is committed to ensuring efficiency in administrative functions while maintaining a supportive atmosphere for all staff and stakeholders.

Outside work, Sherralyn enjoys gardening, walking and journalling and is an advocate for work-life balance.  She believes in the importance of staying engaged in both personal and professional growth, always seeking new opportunities to learn and improve.
