MAT PA / Administrator

Surrey Pay S5
Salary – from £17,630 p.a. (£21,593 p.a. FTE)
32.5 hours per week / 41 weeks per year

We have an exciting opportunity for an adaptable and experienced Administrator to join our central Multi Academy Trust team. You will be joining a forward-thinking Trust at an exciting time in its development and will enjoy our many staff benefits which include:

Providing a professional and organised administration service under the guidance of the Chief Executive Officer, this role will combine:

  • PA duties to the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Finance and Operations
  • Minute-taking and general administration, including proof reading and error checking
  • Co-ordination of compliance for statutory activities
  • Liaison with Governing bodies and associated policy activity across the MAT
  • Central office reception and room booking management
  • Ensuring our trust social media accounts are monitored, utilised and relevant
  • Ad hoc administration and projects on behalf of the central team

You will need a positive attitude as well as being able to use your own initiative. In addition, we are looking for someone who is very organised, administratively capable, friendly and flexible. The ability to work as part of a team and work well with others is therefore key, as is the requirement to maintain confidentiality at all times.
