If your child is displaying any of the symptoms of coronavirus (see NHS for details: https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/) please phone 111.
Alternatively, you can contact the new Department for Education coronavirus helpline which is available to answer questions about COVID-19 related to education. Staff, parents and young people can contact the helpline by telephone on 0800 046 8687 or by email, DfE.email@example.com. The opening hours are 8am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
Keeping your children safe
During this time of crisis, when everyone is using the internet more, it is even more important to remain vigilant and keep children safe when using apps, games and communicating via social media.
