Finance Officer

Surrey Pay PS7

Salary – £24,877 to £27,460 p.a (£27,099 to £29,912 FTE)
36 hours per week / 42 weeks per year (i.e. term time + 3 weeks)

As part of the centralisation of business functions in our growing Multi-Academy Trust we now have two exciting new opportunities for Finance Officers to join our dedicated and enthusiastic team supporting our schools. These roles are varied, covering all aspects of finance within primary and secondary education.

The role will suit someone with a positive attitude who can use their own initiative, as well as being organised and flexible. The ability to form effective working relationships with senior school leaders and other finance colleagues is key, as you will support the MAT Finance Manager in providing a professional financial service at both school and Trust level.

Relevant qualifications and/or experience of working in a financial environment and using a financial management system such as PS Financials is essential.

Location: The role will be expected to operate across the Trust but will be based at Warlingham School & Sixth Form College.

HR Administration Assistant

Surrey Pay PS4

Salary – £11,069 to £12,226p.a. (£18,698 to £20,653 FTE)
25 hours per week term time only

As part of the centralisation of business functions in our growing Multi Academy Trust we now have an exciting new opportunity for an efficient part-time Administrator to join our dedicated and forward-thinking HR team. Providing a professional and organised administration service under the guidance of the HR Manager this role will provide varied and interesting challenges to the successful candidate.

You will need a positive attitude as well as being able to use your own initiative. In addition, we are looking for someone who is very organised, administratively capable, friendly and flexible. The ability to work as part of a team and work well with others is therefore key, as is the requirement to maintain confidentiality at all times.

Location: The role will be expected to operate across the Trust but will be based at Warlingham School & Sixth Form College or Hamsey Green campus.

Administration Assistant

Surrey Pay PS5

Salary – £14,700 to £16,227 p.a. (£21,169 to £23,367 p.a. FTE)
25 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our central Multi Academy Trust team. Providing a professional and organised administration service under the guidance of the Chief Executive Officer, this role will combine:

  • PA duties
  • Meeting administration
  • Co-ordination of compliance for statutory activities
  • Liaison with Governing bodies and associated policy activity across the MAT
  • Reception management
  • Ad hoc administration and undertaking projects for the central team
