Director of People & Culture - Helen O'Neill
Helen joined Tandridge Learning Trust in 2024 as Director of People & Culture with a focus on working collaboratively with our schools to continuously evolve an HR strategy that supports the Trust's needs today and into the future.
With 20 years of experience in strategic HR leadership and change, she brings a blend of operational expertise, technical capability, and a passion for leading functions that have service at their core.
In a rapidly changing world, Helen is an advocate for skills for the future, in particular inclusion and lifelong learning. She is committed to ensuring the HR strategy supports our people and the Trust to achieve the best for our pupils and staff.
Helen holds a BA in Business Finance from Durham University and is an EMCC accredited Coach.
Outside work, Helen is a published author of mystery fiction and personal development books. She’s a regular gym attendee and loves curling up in the evening with her knitting.
